CAREGIVERS – FOUNDING TEAM
$17*18/hour, Guaranteed Hours

We’re a new senior home care agency opening in
Morgantown this fall, and we’re hiring our founding
caregiver team now. If you’ve worked as a CNA,
home health aide, personal care aide, or cared for a
family member and want to do this work for a company
that treats it like a real job, read on.
What we pay and promise
* $17*18/hour to start, with a raise at 90 days
* Guaranteed hours for the founding team * 20 hours a week at hire, 25 after 90 days * whether a client cancels or not.
* Paid weekly, every Friday
* Paid orientation and training, including dementia care
* Paid travel time and mileage between clients
* Referral bonus for every caregiver you bring us who stays
* A real scheduler who answers the phone, and a company that will never ask you to stay in a home that you don’t feel safe in
The work
Helping older adults stay in their own homes: companionship, meals, light housekeeping, personal care (bathing, dressing, mobility), medication reminders and transportation to appointments. Clients in Monongalia, Marion and Harrison counties starting November 1 – if you live in Fairmont, Clarksburg, or between, we want to hear from you.
What you need
* Experience caring for older adults – professional or family
* Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle and auto insurance
* Ability to pass a background check (WV CARES) and
drug screen
* CNA is a plus, not a requirement – we train
* Reliability. This is the whole job.
